Wash Gooseberries. In a pan, put water and Gooseberries. keep it boiling for 3-4 mins. Then put some, Salt and cover it with a lid. After 3-4 mins Check the Gooseberries Check by using a toothpick Gooseberries Cook at 80%, then turn the flame off. then add chopped Green chilli in it & cover it. after cooling down. take it out in a glass jar then add Lemon Juice in it in this way the tasty Gooseberries Pickel is Ready After 8 Days You Can Enjoy.
