Description

In a vessel, put Water for boiling. Put Amla (Gooseberry) in the boiling Water till their skin gets cracked. Cut it in pieces with the help of hands . Put Sugar & Lemon Juice in it then cover it with a black cloth for 4-5 days & keep it in sunlight for 2-3 hours regularly. Then put it in a strainer & keep the Candies for drying in sunlight for 4-5 days. Put Sugar Powder on Candies & keep it in a fresh jar for long time use. In this way, Amla Candy will get ready.

Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
